Welcome to Rey Dane Party Rental LLC. By placing a rental order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking.

1. Rental Agreement

By reserving equipment from Rey Dane Party Rental, you agree to use all items safely, responsibly, and as intended. The renter holds full responsibility for the equipment from delivery through pick-up.

2. Payments & Deposits

Payment is due at delivery unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, Zelle, and major credit cards. A deposit may be required for high-demand equipment or large events.

3. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance to avoid fees. Last-minute cancellations may incur charges or deposit forfeiture. Rescheduling or cancellation without penalty is allowed in cases of adverse weather.

4. Weather Policy

If weather conditions are unsafe (heavy rain, strong wind, lightning), we reserve the right to cancel the delivery for safety reasons. Refunds are not issued if equipment is already set up, unless discussed otherwise.

5. Delivery & Setup

Delivery and setup are available throughout Miami Gardens and surrounding areas. Customers must provide clear access and sufficient space. Delays from blocked access or unsafe conditions may result in additional fees or cancellation.

6. Equipment Care & Liability

The renter is responsible for the rented equipment during the rental period. Damage, loss, or excessive dirt may result in cleaning or replacement charges.

Not allowed inside inflatables: food, drinks, sharp objects, shoes, or pets. Adult supervision is required during bounce house or slide use.

7. Safety Guidelines

Equipment must be used as intended with proper supervision. Weight and capacity limits must not be exceeded. We are not liable for injuries caused by misuse, neglect, or failure to follow safety guidelines.

8. Prohibited Uses

Equipment cannot be used:
  • Indoors without prior permission or inspection
  • On uneven or sloped terrain
  • In unauthorized public areas without proper permits

9. Photo Release

By booking with us, you consent to the possible use of photos taken at your event for promotional purposes. You may opt out by notifying us in writing before or during your event.
